YAHOO!!!
Way to go Jae! The EXACT same thing happened to me just this morning! I've been at 202 for almost a month and a half (getting VERY depressed each day too...), then yesterday my scale finally showed 200.4, then this morning was 198.4. YIPPEE!!! I don't remember the last time that scale showed a "1" as the first digit but it was definitely a LONG time ago, probably 12-13 years ago!
Let's hope that scale just keeps on with it's downward movement!
Congrats again!!!

Victoria - Congrats on your SUPER weight loss success!
I wear an Enell bra probably 4 days out of 7. Not just for working out. I am loving not having my breasts enter a room minutes before the rest of me, LOL! It covers alot of skin so sometimes I can't wear it with a particular neckline, like a deep V or wider set shoulders. I bought 2, one white and one black and I just wash them out in the sink each night. I'm in a size 3 right now and I might be in a 2 sometime this summer, but I am definitely getting my money's worth from the 3's. I hope to have plastic surgery in September, hernia repair, tummy tuck and breast reduction. My consultation is June 24.
On the website click on your state to see if there's a store near you where you can try it on. But don't worry if there's no store, I have two friends who have done mail order and they were completely satisfied with the website sizing. Good Luck! Hugs, Sandy

Sandy: I checked out the Enell website- can't wait to go home and measure myself- Do you wear yours all the time or just for working out? Do you think you will need another one when you lose your next 35 pounds? Thanks for the tip-

Hi Manda -
I can relate to the boob thing. Mine are circus freak big and now they hang like an 80 year old woman, a sight that would surely frighten little children. A girlfriend gave me the best advice EVER. I bought several bras by "Enell." You can get them from the website: www.enell.com or you can find a store near you that carries them. These bras are on Oprah's "favorite things" show. You can read the testimonials on the website. Not to sound like a drama queen, but, these bras have changed my life. I couldn't work out before I got these bras without giving myself black eyes. With this bra, there is no bounce, NONE. Sometime I even sleep in it. I got the smallest one I could possibly fit into, a size 3. Whoever invented this bra is an engineering genius. It takes a few extra minutes to put on but the effort is SO worth it. Good luck from a fellow big breasted sistuh! Hugs, Sandy

Sounds like that kind of pain is going to be covered by your medical. I would seriously talk to a doctor. Tylenol isn't going to cut that kind of pain. Not to mention it is effecting your quality of life. If it were me I would clal my doctor and see what he/she had to say.

That is to funny. You must have felt pretty great. Sometimes when my Dh and I are shopping he will walk away to do something and then walk past me over and over trying to find me. One time he got real mad cause he thought I left and I was standing right next to him. He noticed our daughter and that's how he realized it was me. LOL

Carol - All I can say is WOW! You are so beautiful! And I read your profile, what a journey! You are so inspiring!
I was a swimmer also, way back when. My son, now 18, was a nationally ranked swimmer in several sprint events until a few years ago. My youngest daughter, whose 8, is beginning her swim career, and I'm the team rep for our summer swim team of 110 kids. So I am pretty immersed in the sport. I am trying to decide if I have the guts to take some lessons this summer with the goal of maybe getting back into master's swimming in the fall. Do you think you will ever do that?
And we have always vacationed in Rehoboth, near you. Maybe we can meet up at Nicola's sometime?! Keep up your amazing efforts! Hugs, Sandy
