What time of day do you prefer to weigh yourself? Mine is first thing in the AM after my morning pee and bm. Marianne

Mine is right after I get up in the morning and put my contacts in!!!

All day long LOL Well by that I mean morning, then afternoon and then night but I am not as overly nuts about it as I was in the beginning. If the scale goes up a little I don't care. I just wish I could jump start the loss again. I am kind of at a stand still. It is driving me nuts. Shannon

most weeks monday/wedn/friday am...after i GO...hehehehe
