Also one year ago today
I have done very well. My labs are all great!! I have lost a total of 155 lbs. I started at 338. I have about another 40-50 lbs to go. I am feeling sooo much better. I'm off all diabetes meds and most of the others. I have joined the Y and exercise pretty regularly, although I've been off this week. I am off disability and back to work as an RN. I can't express all the ways my life has changed in the last year. Now if I just had about $100,000 to put everything back where it belongs. I know this surgery isn't for everyone, but I for one, have been given a second chance at life. I intend to life it to the fullest.

Congrats and Happy Anniversary. WTG on the amazing weight loss. Also congrats on being off disability and back to work. You must feel a million times better. If you find a good way to make that $100,000 let me know. I could sure use some of it too. I know in time I will have that surgery but until then I plan on living life and just having fun in my new body. I wish you the best and continued success.
