Question about IDS Shakes?

Good mornin' all! Just got my shipment from Vitalady, Belgian Chocolate and Vanilla Cinnamon, yummy! Question for those of you who have used these shakes . . . is one scoop considered all the way to the top of the scoop (level) or is it to the line that's a little ways down from the top of the scoop? Sandy- I fill the scoop. Never even noticed the line. LOL It's pretty sweet so maybe just taste it and see how you like it. I usually use more skim milk than it calls for. Teri

Hi Sandy! I fill my scoop to the top. Have you tried the Cappuccino by IDS? It's the best! I mix it with Champion Stack Chocolate for a mocha taste. Yummy!! Julia 280/172/150
