Hi Everyone Have you all been dealing lately with former cravings trying to sneak back into the picture? If so,--would you be ready and willing to join me for a week of getting back to basics, and begin a week of getting back on track? If so, then weigh yourself tomorrow morning, eat/drink nothing but your protein, water, vitamins and your small protein snacks in between and then we will weigh in again next Monday morning, announce our total weight loss for the week right here on this thread. I am looking forward to jump starting myself again. It worked the last time and I am hoping it will work again to allow me to get to my final goal of losing my last 5 to 10 pounds. Let me know if you are good to go on this. REMEMBER: Weigh in tomorrow and then again next Monday and meet back here after your weigh in Monday morning to announce your results. Good Luck! WE CAN DO IT! Hugs Marianne --

Marianne, I am so ready. I have been stuck for about siz weeks even gained some. Urggh. I will be up at 4:45 to get my exercise in and start the day. The hardest part will be no coffee that has become my new addiction instead of food and Im not losing a lb!! So lets see what this week brings I have lost over one lb in a week since I was three months out. My weight loss slowed down as soon as solid food came back into my diet. It seems so crazy. Good Luck with ypour last 5-10 I know you will make it. Tina

Hi Tina I am so ready today! I had my early morning water, vitamins, and for breakfast I had 3 slices of cheese, now I am just waiting my one hour before I begin to drink my water again and then for lunch I will have cottage cheese w/fruit, afternoon snack will be my protein shake, and then for dinner I am having white chili that my daughter made. It is loaded with all kinds of white beans and chicken----> she is one great cook! Just have to stay focused and remember that if I can do it for another week then it will be easier to stick to it and stay on program. Good luck Tina---WE CAN DO THIS! Hugs Marianne

Marianne - Just wondering about the beans and fruit . . . of course every doctor sends their patients home with different food programs and we should all follow our own doctor's instructions but just a thought - my doctors instructions were 70 grams of protein and 30 carbs a day until goal and no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, beans and fruit. It's a strict plan but it works! That's what I'm continuing to do. I've lost 130 pounds and aiming for 10 more before my PS on 11/22. Good luck! XO, Sandy

Ok guys I just took my vista vitamins I haven't taken those in awhile I had been taking the chewables again. Maybe upping the vitamins will help the weight loss start again. I made two quarts of crystal light I had two cups of coffee. I made 4 cans of tuna to eat on for the next two or three days if it is already made I am more likely to eat it instead of a bad choice. I would like to lose as much weight as possible this week. If I could just get going in the right direction again I would be so happy. I have been bouncing back and forth between 213 and 219 for over a month. neither weight is aceptable I started out at 299 thats just a loss of 80-86 lbs. So even though I am at a year out I can still lose the other 60lbs or so right? Good luck all have a great week! Tina
