Protein Push - Day 1
Hi All,
Well, I woke up and had my one cup of coffee this morning, and now I'm off to get in my protein drink, my vitamins and then a walk, with a bottle of water in hand.
When I come back, I'm going to wrap a couple slices of lean turkey around two slices of swiss cheese and a large leaf of Romaine, with a squirt of mustard (Yum!)
This will be followed by another bottle of watera little afterwards. Fortunately, I have work to keep me occupied while waiting for....
LUNCH! LOL!

Did great at work today. Started my day with 16 oz water while doing my makeup. Then at work I had 8 oz of protein drink. For lunch I had 1 cup of homemade lentil soup with pieces of ham, watermelon, now I am working on another 16 oz of water and then for dinner I am planning on making shrimp stir fry.
You guys are keeping me on the wagon! This is my hardtime right now, My downfall, my temptation the 3-6 pm before dinner. I AM DETERMINED! I HAVE to get back into the right way of doing things again, especially staying on program. Believe it or not I am still full from lunch at 12:30 along with my afternoon water. Tomorrow will be easier.
