One year ago today...205lbs gone

I had my surgerytoday last year. I am now down from 474lbs to 269lbs which means I have lost a total of 205lbs in the last year. I am so thrilled! There is still a way to go but when I look back at what I have done, I know I can make it. Congrats on everyone else for all their fantastic progress as well!! Doreen

FANTASTIC, Doreen!! I too am at the exact place, TIMEWISE, LOL...but not even close on the weight loss!! I have only lost 75-80 lbs, but I have never been healthier, never felt better, and NEVER could do 21 pushups!!! Heck, I couldn't even do ONE! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...you are truly and inspiration!
