Ida - Congratulations on your weight loss surgery, and Sunday will be one month for you-a huge milestone! Hang in there sweetie! The next year will go by so fast! I am almost 11 months out and I still use protein drinks on most days. The one I like the best is called EAS AdvantEdge, it's kinda fruity, 60 calories and 15 grams of protein. I especially like it mixed with Crystal Light. Hang in there, you can do it, the hard part is over. Good luck to you! Sandy K. (-122)

Ida, Welcome to the losing side. Hang in there it will get better and better. S/F popsicles, decaf herbal tea, flavored water and I like the walmart wannabe crystal lite better than the actual - the fruit punch and peach tea are my faves. My protein of choice is Matrix 5.0 chocolate - I get it from bariatriceating.com - everybody has different tastes you will just have to keep looking and trying until you find something you like. Keep up the good work - hugs -dea
