Andrea, I'm having the same issues I have only lost 85lbs and I want it to be so much more i still need to lose andother 65lbs. I platueaed for over a month and it is so frustrating. I believe we will all get to goal in the end some just platuea and take longer while others don't. You look great and I'm sure you must feel tons better. You will reach goal now is just the time to step it up a notch. I have finally started exercising 6-7 days a week and this week I feel awful with step throat. I will just have to walk this week. YOU CAN DO IT! Good Luck Tina

Thank you so much for your encouragement. I do need to work on the excercise. I have a new treadmill. I love treadmilling or walking and running. What type of excercise do you do. What is your ideal workout? Just trying to get some ideas. Again thank you for your encouragement. That's what I need right now. Agape: Andrea J

Andrea, I walk and jog four times a week lower body one day upper the other and nothing on Sunday. The past two weeks I have really noticed a big difference today my clothes are much larger I have went down a comfortable size in jeans and my shirts don't hug my overhangs anymore. Just in the past two weeks of exercising. It makes me feel so much better about myself that I am exercising. It's really great. My weight lifting days are inbetween my cardio days. like c/ub/c/Lb/c/c or ub which ever I feel like that last day then next week c/Lb/c/ub/c/c or Lb. Does that make since? You will feel so good after you start exercising you will say why did I wait so long? You can do it lets do this together. We are all going to be a success and stay healthy for the rest of our life!!!!!! Good Luck Tina

Thank you so much. This looks like a great way to implement an excercise program for myself. Let's do it together. Agape: Andrea J

Whew .. i thought i was the only one!! its tough.. but i know i have been slacking off on the walking .. am looking at the boyz weights and wondering if i should get onto the bench! i also know i've been feeling weird and have been going crazy and not eating right! I know i have to get back on track. i get depressed when i see that others have lost a whole lot more than i have and have the same anniversary. I also have a 13 year old with weight issues and must get out and walk every day! my anniversary is 9/16/04. plateus suck!

I have been 10 pounds from the 100 mark for almost 2 months now. It drives me crazy. I think if I could exercise it would be all the difference, but with all of my children home (5 of them) it makes it impossible. Marcia

I am having the same problem as you are. I have been on a plateau for 6 weeks. I have lost only 80 pounds. The weight just won't move. I feel confident that it will move soon. I try not to stress over it. I started out at 268. Now I am at 188.

I know what you mean, I only have too and I still have trouble....But we've got to learn to find that 30-45 mins of me time. Let's commit here, now and today to getting in that ME time. Let's teach our children and ourselves to make time for us. We CAN do this. Thanks so much for your support. Agape: Andrea J

I too am a bit frustrated! My weight loss has been somewhat steady over the past year, but for the past 2 months, I have only lost 2.5 lbs. each month. I haven't been able to exercise regularly due to health problems, but it seems like I could lose a little more considering how little I eat! Congratulations to all of you on your weight loss success. It is indeed quite a journey! Love, "L" -135 lbs
