It is wonderful to reach my first anniversary but it is not all about the pounds I lost, it is about how I feel health wise.... I love the size 16 vs. the 24W but I was happy large and I loved me... AJ

September 9th here at stuck at 126 pounds lost for over a month but still happy where I am! Went from a size 28 to a size 10!

9-13-04 for me and I have had quite the journey. I'm down 108 lbs. It's been real slow going the last 2 months but i'm fine with that. Congrats to all of you doing so well! Bev
