It MOVED!!! YAya!
Well, I got on the scale again...just for the hell of it. I DROPPED FIVE POUNDS SINCE YESTERDAY!!!
I couldn't believe it. I've been dealing with a plateau for a month now,where my weight was flucuating back and forth +/- 1 or 2 pounds, and now I've dropped five overnight!
What did I do? I dont' know. I stopped eating like I was before. I stopped the shakes and started eating regular foods for about a week cuz I was so disgusted with the whole program. Then I started up again, doing the shakes, cutting back on the amount of food. I can't really exercise alot (I broke my foot), but I am doign upper arms.
Anyway, I guess the change in eating - like the change in exercise - does make a difference! I believe I am going to reach 200 pounds by September!
