WATER
k guys just a reminder to get ur water or fluids in... while in the hosp this last wkend they were pumpin fluids like never before in me and i was feelin welll very friendly to the bathroom bc well i constantly had to pee.... to pee is not a bad thing we need that to lose ... So come on get it down ... if you dont it can cause us to STOP LOSING it can make us dehydrated and it can cause constipation... so its summer and ur gonna need more bc we sweat more... And 1 more thing take ur daily calcium and vitamins too... they help us lose as well.
