Protein Drink......

Hello September buddies....For those of you still looking for a good protein drinl....well, I recently stumbled on a new protein drink which is already mixed in a can and is 35 grams of protein/12oz can! It comes in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, banana, etc...and is absolutely delicious! It's called "Worldwide Pure Protein Shake". The best I've tried yet! Steel

Hi Sue... Likewise, longtime no see. You look great. I hope all is well with you too. I have been doing well myself, down about 80lbs. I am walking nearly 3miles a day now......and I love it....my 2 ****er spaniels tag along alos....I've started to stall abit...but that's ok because I'd rather lose it slower than some of the others. I also was told that my metabolism was slow....so it figures. Some of my friends who have had WLS...are down 100+...but they all look sick. I also have a great team of docs that work w/me.....surgeon, nutritionist, etc....... This drink is really yummy.and I have tried the strawberry, banana cream, chocloate (my Favorite) and vanilla. It really is good! Hope those that need help with their protein will give it a try. Steel

No icky smell...160 calories a can

They are great. I love the banana flavor one. I get mine at GN****asionally.
