Stall is over.. i did it!!!!

Well, my 2 month stall is over! I lost 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks and made it finally under 300lbs. I am now 298 with a 176lbs weight loss. I started crying in my car. I couldn't cry too much tho, I got bad sunburn from laying out the day before. My doctor wants me at 200 before I consider ps. I hope to be there by Christmas. I just wanna say to all of you thanks for the support. Everytime I faced a problem with my surgery and thought I was alone, I would come here and find a message about the same thing I was going thru, and get the support I needed. So hats off to all of you on the great job you are doing as well and keep it up! Doreen 474/298/?

Congrats! I'm also waiting for that glorious 200 mark, so I can start looking towards Plastic Surgery. At this point, I probably won't see surgery until next year(I'm kinda hoping around January or Febuary), but it's a definite goal and something to look forward too! I'm just getting over a plateau today,as the scale finally moved for me. Good job! Grace

What did you do to get over your stall? I've lost 118 lbs and need to lose at least another 100 lbs. At 8 1/2 months out I'm so afraid I'm not going to be able to lose the rest. I'm not really at a stall, just an extreme slow down. I'm losing about 1 lbs every week or two weeks.
