What does your food journal look like?

How much / what are you eating now that we're all about 8 months post-op? I ususally have an egg for breakfast with either 2 slices of turkey bacon, or a little ham. For snacks I'll have either cheese, yogurt, turkey, salad Lunch - 1/2 a sandwhich and small salad, or 1/2 a frozen WW meal Dinner - meat of some kind, a few veggies, maybe a bite of bread or potato if I fixed it for the rest of the family I'm getting in about 1100 calories a day, but I keep plateauing and stall for weeks at a time. It's so frustrating.

I am about the same as you. My food intake is about the same and I only lose about one week per month. I have decided as long as I keep losing than I will just go with it. I am ready to start taking some protein shakes again maybe one per day that seems to help. I have lost 80 lbs so far. I would like for it to be more but I'll take what I can get. Good Luck Tina
