Protein has sure been an issue for me...I have just found Power Crunch
bars they are great and i also have tried from GNC a new drink...
EXTREME SMOOTHI it is under 2.00 and 35 grams of protein...I have read the main board for about 4 years and it seems to me the ones that keep the protein drinks in their diet maintain..JMO

I'm waiting on the mailman now for my Power Crunch bars. I got the Triple Chocolate, the Peanut Butter and the Cookies and Creme. She also tossed in some of her Proto Whey, so I'm looking forward to tasting something different!
I'm still drinking the GNC 100% Whey (chocolate), but I'm starting to get bored with it, so I've started cooking more. Drinking the protein is still priority though, I'm trying to change my diet a little as I'm stuck in the 275 - 270 zone (for a little over a month!). Do you anything abou****erloading?

I agree with you about the protein. I think that if we continue to drink protein shakes that it does help with maintaining your weight loss. I drink 3 protein shakes a day and I will do that forever. I drink Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Stack. It comes in 5 lb tubs of powder. My favorite flavors are Banana Scream and Cocoa Mochacchino. I mix 1 1/2 scoops with 6 ozs of water. Then I pour over ice. I love it.

you might try GNC's liquid protein. It comes in one flavor called punch. I use it in 24 oz of Crystal Light every morning. 3 T is 18 grams. I do at least 6 T every morning and sometimes do 3 more later in the day. It just adds a little to the flavor of my pink lemonade CL but other than that it pretty much tastes like CL and I get the extra protein!
