Pattern of weightloss
I seem to loose every other week. Last month I only lost 3 lbs. for the whole month !!!! So far this month I'm down 2 lbs. so hopefully I will loose more this month. I only have 10 lbs. to go to get to Drs goal (135 lbs.) But I'm hopeing to get lower I would love to be 125 lbs.

I usually lose every week. Anywhere from .25 lbs to 3.25 lbs in a week. Two weeks ago I had my first gain since I came home from surgery. I gained 1.25 lbs. But in the two weeks since I've lost about 3 lbs a week for a loss of 6.25 since the gain. The weird thing is that I have exercised less and eaten more the last couple of weeks. But I'm not fooling myself into thinking that's good! Gotta stay on track.
Yep, I usually go at LEAST 3 weeks without a loss, then drop 10+ at a time... then the horrible pattern goes on. But, looking at the big overall picture of things... if I average my 8 months into weeks, and divide the 100 lb loss, it averages to approx 3.1 lbs per week... so that's still good - even though I feel like it's SLOW.
