Poll: What did you have for lunch today???
Time to share! I'll start: I had a Chicken Marsala Low-Carb Lean Cuisine (14g protein, 9 carbs, 140 cal.) and a Dannon Light 'n Fit Carb Control Smoothie (so yummy!) in berries 'n cream flavor (6g protein, 4 carbs, 60 calories).
This week I've been adding in a yogurt or a small salad for lunch so that I'm not ravenous at 4 pm, and it's really working! Wish I'd thought of that a few months ago, I'm such a creature of habit.
So spill . . . whadja have???
One large boiled egg (6g protein)
One slice deli ham (5g protein)
Already drank 20 oz of Crystal Light with Unjury for 30 g of protein.
Am anxious for my afternoon snack---a naval orange! Yum!!
I have a dumb question about the yogurt smoothie...I LOVE those, too! But, if you have with a meal, is it drinking with your meal??
