Not losing!
I've only lost 1 lb this month. I am exercising faithfully every day.. Yes, I mean 7 days a week. I ride my stationary bike 5 miles each day. I am trying to get all my protein in and I do get all my water in, plus some.
I started out at 444 and now I am at 293. That is a total loss of -151 lbs. I am thankful for the weight loss, but it's discoraging when I get on the scales once or twice a week and it hasn't moved.
Anyone else's weight stalled?

I've stalled, also. But, I've noticed that although I'm not losing weight, I'm losing inches. I didn't lose any weight for 2 months then all of a sudden, lost 10 lbs...then I'm at a standstill, again.
It's hard that the honeymoon if over, but from everyone else's posts, our weight loss will continue but in fits and jerks!

You're not alone. I've been flucuating between 275-270 for over a month now, and it's driving me nuts! I was hoping to have that 100 pound goal reached, but with sickness and now a sprained foot, I feel really discouraged.
And I'm afraid to increase my protein since I'm so inactive. What do you think? Should I increase it or leave it alone?
