OMG I have worn the wrong pants!!!
Yesterday I realized I needed to start drinking more water if I wanted to get over this plateau!!! So I finished off a 50 oz bottle of water during work and continured drinking into the evening. And sure enough I dropped a pound this morning- was what I needed to keep it up. Well yesterday I wore a dress (don't wear pantyhose in Hawaii) so it was very easy going to the bathroom all day long (not to forget the extra exercise you get going up and down the stairs all day to the bathroom)!!! Well just a few minutes ago I jumped up- went to the bathroom and realized when I got in the stall that I am wearing not only zipper pants (which I wouldn't of been able to wear 126 pounds ago) but pants with not one but TWO buttons (one on the inside and one on the out)- now when I have to go I need to go NOW!!! and I can tell by the end of the day one of two things is going to happen- either I am going to accidently rip off the inside button or leave it undone on purpose.... So my advice is "wear a dress when you start up a drinking routine"!!!!
