New Phoenix Support Group!

I am starting a new support group in Phoenix, AZ serving the metro Phoenix area in June. Location is still be acquired, but I should have that finalized within the next week. This is an Obesity Help chapter. Each meeting you will learn something new about pre-op or post-op process, tips and tricks, recipes, exercises, dealing with unsupportive people, living with WLS and so much more!! Maybe I wont have to go all the way to Scottsdale for a support group now. I live in the far far west valley and need something a bit closer than where my surgeon is. What nights are you planning on having this group meeting? Id love to attend! Rachel

1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month starting in June from 10am-Noon. Did you know there is a Glendale group? We meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 6:30pm at 8561 N. 61st Ave - between Northern & Dunlap - at the YWCA Cafetaria. We just had a meeting tonight. Join us at our next meeting in June.
