hi, these days i'm living on slices of swiss cheese. although today i had several slices of prosciutto with melon - yummy! and then i had an orange craving and had 3 little ones tonight. i usually have fruit a couple of times/week so today was a little different. still loving my garelick farms over the moon nonfat milk (10 grams of protein per 8 oz). and pretzel logs, i must admit.

My favorite foods are chicken salad sandwiches. I don't eat the bread, just the chicken salad. I also love Pure Whey Stack cocoa mochaccino shakes. They are so good over ice. Lynn J., lap RNY 9/29/04 -105 lbs

South Beach Cereal/Protein Bar (peanut butter flavor) tastes like a rice crispy treat slathered in peanut butter. 140 calories, 10 g protein and 9 net carbs. I only eat 30 carbs a day and this bar is worth 9, it's that good! I eat one for breakfast almost every morning. Lovin' the low carb Lean Cuisines for lunch. V-8! I try to eat most of my veggies but I can't resist an occasional can of this yummy juice.

Dang you people are making me feel bad now..... My favorites right now are some of the favorites I had before surgery Pad Thai w/pork Scrambled Eggs With Cheese Just about any type of seafood (especially fried) And just about any sugar free candy I can get my hands on. I was never a sweet junky before surgery, but now I can't stay away. Has anybody else tried the Carb Monitor Brownies from Betty Crocker. Oh ok now I will shut up. Oh and I envy those of you that can eat fruit....more than a couple of bites and I am running to the bathroom. I guess we all have our limits. I just made the Carb Monitor Chocolate Chip cookies last night. If you make them, use a good spatula and just keep folding until the dough is right. It was really weird and they cooked flat.. but tasted just fine. I'd buy them again, but not for a long while... until we just can take it anymore. Tina

I love my American cheese slices. I love my fruits and veggies. (I seriously could just eat fruit and veggies alone. I could easily become a vegetarian but I know I can't...) I love my beef, chix and pork as well as my fish sticks...As for snacks, I love Beef Jerky (but since I now have braces on my bottom teeth, I can't eat it) and I love EAS Advent Edge Carb Control Nutrition Bars...Cookies & Creme and Peanut Butter Crisp are my two faves. When I feel like drinking something other than water I love the Crystal Lite Iced Tea and Sunrise Surprise (or something like that)...There is another flavor I like but I'm having a major brain fart right now and I can't think of it. I love the Orange Fruit 2 O also. I will have a cup of decaf tea with 1 sm splash of cream & 1 Splenda. But that isn't very often. Erin
