I am only 7lbs away from being a Big Loser (100lbs) and only 25 lbs away from my own personal goal. I thought that when I was a "bad eater", I just blew it and gave up, well, thank God that my 2 month 151 lb record is finally broken. I never thought I could ever ever get out of the 150's. I am just really happy and thought I would share that milestone with you. I have lost a total of 93 lbs all together. OH HAPPY DAY! ****HUGE SMILES**** Erin

Congratulations Erin Now pull my butt off of 151 because that is exactly what I weigh! Take me with you into those 140's!!!!!!! It's been sloooooow for me the last three weeks. It will be exciting to usher you into the century club soon! Yet another winning loser for our little September group! ~Sue

I'm pulling Sue......ppppuuuullllilnnnnnggggggg....you can get there, you can do it too....... Unfortunately the only exercise I get is by walking only. I cannot afford a gym and i am unsure what kind of exercise to do at home. I can't find the post people suggested to do at home. Even then trying to squeeze exercise in is hard. I have an active 2 year old and a rambunctious 6 year old (who happens to be sick with that yucky stomach bug...poor kid). The weather has been rainy otherwise, I'd take them out strolling with me. I know, excuses, excuses. I CAN DO IT! I WILL DO IT!! To be in the Century Club will be my greatest achievement I have ever managed (other than giving birth to my children...they are my highest achievement but this will be coming into a very close second) Sorry for babbling. Erin

HELLO, ERIN!! AND SUE BOO!! So good to see your names again, as I have been remiss in checking the boards..........for a few MONTHS.... ANYWAY, congratulations for doing so incredibly well!! You must feel and look great, and your families must be so very proud of you! I have not done as well, but am still fighting the good fight... down about 75 now, and the doc says at "my age" he does not think I will lose 100!! That really made me mad..........funny he never mentioned this BEFORE surgery!! (Oh, and the age he mentioned is "over 60"). Well, it was a good prod to get back to taking in more protein and drinking more water.........I am determined to prove him wrong. Erin, I too do not go to a gym, but I do exercise at home....and it is easy and can be fit in almost any time...I often do them in the middle of the night when I get up to go to the bathroom...takes about 20 min, and then I am back asleep. I do sideways leglifts (30 each), situps (40), pushups (20..the girl kind from the knees), and leglifts lying on your stomach, toe touches (12), arm circles (20)....nothing fancy, just gets the blood moving and the lungs puffing a bit....but I sure do feel good. Another one I do is lie on my side and swing my leg HARD front to back...front to back.....made them sore at first, but I can feel a muscle developing....... Good luck to all of you.....It is great to see familiar names and to read about the successes!! Wesie in SC 256/182
