Newest Member of Century Club!
Well, I did it! I finally hit the century mark on Friday, weighing in at 167.5. I went to NY/NJ this weekend for a wedding and knew I would eat and drink more than usual so I didn't want to share my news til I knew it was for real! I got on the scale this morning and to my great surprise it said 167.5!
The things that are really working for me are: (1) sticking to 70 g of protein a day and 30 carbs, (2) exercising hard 5-6 days a week,
(3) not eating after 8 pm, AND (4) the support I get on this board. Thanks to all of you for your wisdom and love, they are invaluable to me!

You did it! I'm so happy for you!!!! And I'm completely in awe of your under 30 grams of carbs rule! I can do the exercise, and I didn't eat after 7 pm for over a year a couple years ago, and I think that is an excellent rule, but honey, I can't stay under 30 grams of carbs like that to save my life! Happy century club my friend!
