Newest Member of Century Club!

Well, I did it! I finally hit the century mark on Friday, weighing in at 167.5. I went to NY/NJ this weekend for a wedding and knew I would eat and drink more than usual so I didn't want to share my news til I knew it was for real! I got on the scale this morning and to my great surprise it said 167.5! The things that are really working for me are: (1) sticking to 70 g of protein a day and 30 carbs, (2) exercising hard 5-6 days a week, (3) not eating after 8 pm, AND (4) the support I get on this board. Thanks to all of you for your wisdom and love, they are invaluable to me! HUGS, Sandy 268/167.5/136

Congrats Sandy! It is great to be in the club. I agree about the exercise. I think it makes a big difference. I joined a gym and do the pool 6 days a week. Its a little more than I want to spend but it certainly paying off weight wise!

Sandyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy You did it! I'm so happy for you!!!! And I'm completely in awe of your under 30 grams of carbs rule! I can do the exercise, and I didn't eat after 7 pm for over a year a couple years ago, and I think that is an excellent rule, but honey, I can't stay under 30 grams of carbs like that to save my life!
