New Weight Loss Strategy

OK, enough of this messin' around. Not that I'm complaining about my weight loss because I'm very happy about it, but since I got down to a size 14 I've been losing very slowly mostly because I've been popping stuff in my mouth that I shouldn't and 99 percent of these occurrences are either late afternoon or after dinner. So-o-o my new strategy is to have a protein drink in the afternoon (I adore the EAS AdvantEdge fruit flavors with 8 oz. of Carb Countdown red grapefruit juice. Only 85 calories total, 15g of protein, and 3 carbs total with the juice added. All that's missing is vodka, haha, and if it's a bad day I may add it one of these days!) AND, my big big change is that from now on I am absolutely not going to eat ANYTHING after 8 pm. NOTHING! I've told the rest of my family so they will help keep me honest. Yesterday was the first day, I stayed up late doing some spring cleaning and I really wanted to eat but I didn't. It felt good. I really think this will make a big difference for me. Good luck Sandy. I know you can do it. I have 10 lbs left till goal and I'm fighting to get them off right now. I'm going to have to try that EAS/ Carb Countdown. Sounds yummy. I wish you continued success!! ~Jae 275/190/180

Thank you Jae! My "new" strategy is working so far! The piggly wiggly demons were in my head last night telling me to go downstairs and eat something at 10 pm. I fought it and the scale showed it this morning. I'm a half pound from the century club! By the way, I love your photo, very cute! Hugs, Sandy 268/168.5/136 (so close . . . yet so far!)
