I'm so sorry I haven't gotten to post lately. I've been training a new guy at work. This has been an awesome week for me. For the past month, I have been on a major stall. End of last week I started losing again, and it's just continued this week. On Tuesday, I made the century club. Yipeeeee!! On Thursday, I made the "normal" BMI weight club (wait, is that a club? - LOL) These were only like 1 pound apart, so I knew that this would happen around the same time. I mean, it's so hard after being 266 for so long ... to believe that I am actually a normal weight now. Oh, and just to update my progress as I absolutely LOVE what our exercise challenge has done for me. Prior to joining the exercise challenge I never exercised (Sorry, I have done pitifully on reporting but excellent as far as actually doing the exercise.) I have exercised 6 days this week. I have even gotten to where I can jog for 10 minutes. Jogging has been a personal goal of mine. So, I'm excited about even 10 minutes. Thank you so much for taking time to join me in celebrating my successes. Love you all!!!! Trudi

AAAAAhhhh I'm so happy for you!!! I know what you mean about the jogging. I couldn't do 60 seconds and now I can do at least 2 minutes then i do 2 min walking then one min running then back to that and then i do that for 15 minutes and then i powerwalk for the rest of the hour. It definately feels great. I'm 3 lbs from leaving 200 so I can't wait!!! And I'm then 20 lbs from the century mark - I will get there! Congratulations to YOU!!

Trudi!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are all doing the happy dance for you! Congrats on joining the century club and the land of normal weight all in one week! That is so cool! I can not wait to be normal weight myself! The exercise challenge influenced me also and I am now working out 4-5 days a week which was my goal. I have tried to get up to a jog for a minute or two on the treadmill and I did it but it is a real butt kicker so good for you guys who are doing that!!! Thanks for sharing your good news with us! I am so happy and amazed at what you have achieved in such a short time. Love, Sue
