Are you sure it was just splenda in there and not sugar alcohols also such as Maltitol? Sugar alcohols can give you cramping and diarreah just like dumping if you have too much of it or are sensitive to them. I have heard somewhere of other people seeming to dump from splenda only food, but maybe it wasn't the splenda, maybe it was the flour or some other carb ingredient. All carbs turn to sugar in the body so you could technically dump from any carby food. My first dumping experience was from a pasta and shrimp lean cuisine, and I rarely even dump from sweets. (I still try to avoid sugar though!) You might try a splenda sweetened drink and see if you can tolerate it, that wouldn't have any carbs in it. Or you can just avoid splenda, but I know that's hard. I bought some natural sweetener made from a plant called Stevia, I try to put that in my tea some of the time to lessen my exposure to splenda just because i think it's best to keep artificial sweeteners to a minimum anyway. It's not as good though. Hope that helps!
