6 month checkup
1.My numbers are 258
2. My goal weight is 155
3. I have lost 80 pounds
4. I want to lose 103 pounds
5. I now weigh 178
I am so greatful of the weight that I have lost. I no now that the honeymoon stage will leave, and it will all be up to me and how much I
exercise as well as my eating habits. I realize that I don't have as much to lose as some other peoplem, and I give them a lot of credit for their strength and commitment. I now the next twenty three pounds are going to be tough and a lot slower than before, but I am prepared. Good Luck to everyone else and don't give up it will happen!
