I do "massage therapy" and the other day I was afraid that these "flabby arms" were going to "sock" someone in the middle of the massage!! LOL

That I've stalled, I started exercising for the first time since surgery and I'm STILL stalled.
5)exercising?? what and how often?
5-7 days/week for 30-45 min/day (step aerobics, general aerobics, walking)
6)something new you've noticed about yourself at your new weight...
I wish I felt as skinny as people think I am.....
