1)high weight/surgery day weight/current weight/goal weight (if u know) 304/264/201/135 2)weight lost in the past 7 days/ weight lost in the last month 2 lbs. maybe/ 6-8 lbs. 3)favorite food lately? cottage cheese 4)problems/concerns wearing a bathing suit with all this flab showing!!! 5)exercising?? what and how often? None, EVERY day!! lol 6)something new you've noticed about yourself at your new weight... I do "massage therapy" and the other day I was afraid that these "flabby arms" were going to "sock" someone in the middle of the massage!! LOL

1)high weight/surgery day weight/current weight/goal weight (if u know) 266/247/171/150 2)weight lost in the past 7 days/ weight lost in the last month I've stalled for the past month!!! 3)favorite food lately? none 4)problems/concerns That I've stalled, I started exercising for the first time since surgery and I'm STILL stalled. 5)exercising?? what and how often? 5-7 days/week for 30-45 min/day (step aerobics, general aerobics, walking) 6)something new you've noticed about yourself at your new weight... I wish I felt as skinny as people think I am..... Thanks for being such a great support group!!! I love y'all!!! Trudi
