I would like to issue a challenge!
I want to issue a challenge to all my September 2004 re-birth babies on this board . . .
I have 41 more pounds to go to reach the "normal range" (BMI) and that is my immediate goal (136). I've been slacking off a little in my food choices (thanks to a bunch of you for a kick in the butt last week!) and my exercise has slacked off too. I feel like exercise is the key for me right now. I need to get my metabolism moving so I can burn more. We all know that our metabolism speeds up during exercise and continues the rest of the day, what a cool bonus! I pushed myself and joined our fitness center at work and I'm going to go down FIVE days a week. I am committed, I deserve it!
I want to issue a challenge for exercise of some sort at least FOUR days a week, every other day, who is up for the challenge and commitment? Let's encourage one another! There will be days when we won't feel up to it but we owe it to ourselves, right!!!

Im in, Im in, I have really slacked off on exercise the past mo. Mainly cause I keep getting a charlie horse in my left leg that last for about a week 1/2 and 4 days of barely being able to walk on it. A week after the first one FINALLY went away, I got another one. But I really need to get my arse moving again. So when do we start?? LOL
Count me in on the challenge. I had my surgery Sept 14, 2004. I have lost 100 pounds. I still need to lose 70 more pounds. It is going very slowly now. But I have also stopped exercising and watching every bite that goes in my mouth like I was doing. I am up for the challenge starting tomorrow. I know we all can do it. Good Luck!
