Hello to all of my September friends, My how time flies when you are discovering new and exciting things, clothes, ways of eating, etc. I couldn't believe 6 months had already passed when i realized the date yesterday. This has been an absolutely AMAZING journey so far, and i know it is far from over. So far i am down 106 pounds, and i feel great. My next goal is to be under 200 pounds, that will hopefully be within the next month. I am weighing in at 208lbs right now, so 9 lbs to go. If anyone would have told me 6 months ago that this is where i would be at this time, i would have never believed it. My biggest wish back then was to just wake up in the mornings and feel NO pain, i thought that wish was inconceivable, but to my surprise, not only do i not have pain, but i don't have reflux anymore, no high blood pressure, no sleep apnea...who knew i could feel this good???? Now don't get me wrong, it hasn't been all peaches & cream but the good outweigh the bad by a mile. I would do this 100x's over if i had to, to feel this good. I wish you all continued success and keep the posts coming because even though i don't always get to respond, i love to read your posts. You are all so inspirational, you have no idea. Well, have a great day and good luck!!! ~Missy~

Wow!! 106 in 6 months is FABULOUS!! I am soooo happy for you. So glad you are feeling so much better too! The clothes and other "perks" are fun, but nothing compares to the health benefits!! Keep on keeping on!! Pam
