Hi, I have been reading some of the past post. Thanks guys because I can identify with you In two days I'll be six months post op down 63 pounds and will loss 3 pounds this months. Yes I get worried but keep pplugging alone and hoping for a big weight loss. 243-now 180. I do hope I can get 20 more off. Are we sure you keep lossing after 6 months. I have not gotten in all the protein but I am really sure it would help with the weight loss. I do take the vit and calcium. I also drink the water. Hang in there all . We can do this Love Dolores

You're doing great Dolores! 63 lbs in six months is wonderful! You can definitely lose twenty more. I'm right around you at 67 down. I am also going to keep plugging along and figure I'll keep doing the right things and I'll eventually get to where I want to be. Keep up the good work and thanks for the encouragement Love, Sue
