On 02/01/05 I had the Lumpectomy and they tested 2 lymph nodes. Both nodes came back clean. I also had an Oncutype test and the score was 43, which is supposedly high. I start chemotherapy (AC) this month. I will have 4 sessions, 3 weeks apart. I will lose my hair, which I cut short last Saturday. I was really surprised how curly my hair was.. it was so heavy from the length that it straightened out. Eric also cut his ponytail off, so he has short hair too. Totally different looks for both of us, but we where losing hair from the weight loss and just didn't want to deal with the long strands anymore. The weight loss is going well, slow and steady. Eric looks wonderful - 100 pounds from January 2004 to January 2005. Until next time... Tina

I wish you the best with everything. That was sweet of him to cut his hair too. I hope you both continue with your great weight loss and your future is bright. Keep us posted and hang in there. Shannon

Soooo glad to hear from you. I'd been wondering about you. Sounds like you got at least a "little" positive news (clean lymph nodes). Hope the chemo is not toooooo bad. Bless your heart!! Be sure and post when you can and keep us updated on your condition. I have been and will be praying for you!! Pam
