Weight lose and exercise....
Has anyone found that if they exercise that they are gaining muscle.???I have, I got a treadmill from my husband for christmas and I do between 1-2 miles a day depending on time constraints and my sons hospitilizations. Anyhow, I am only down 42 pounds since Sept. 23rd. But I can see the differances in my Body and my husband felt my hip bone the other night when we were Spooning..LOL(Insight into my cuddle life) I was soo happy, who knew a hip bone could make you smile.?! I hope all is going well for everyone else too. Just thought I would share that with you all and please reply if you wanna..
hey, at least you have a cuddle life!! ...Congratulations on finding those bones...I finding my tail bone when sitting and when I stretched last night I could see some ribs - isn't that exciting!!! Never thought I'd see that. I use a personal trainer - again now after surgery and do you develop muscle when exercising and using weights. Walking is considered cardiovascular and getting the heart rate going - thus through our sweat glands and breathing we lose weight. It's exciting any way you look at it!
I've noticed a difference too, especially once I started lifting weights and doing more crunches. The scale doesn't move as quickly and sometimes for several days not at all, but the pants get baggy.
Funny thing you should mention the tail bone....I kept thinking I was sitting on something, then realized it was my bum!!
