hey beth, i read thru everyone's tuna recipes - i do the sweet pickle thing, too (you can get pickles made with splenda or if you can tolerate it, just add some regular pickle relish). since i was a kid, i love to add KETCHUP to my tuna. i know it's weird. but it's tomatoey and sweetish. and now with wls, it keeps the tuna nice and moist. susan
