Hi Everyone Came down with my first cold since before surgery and was just wondering what over the counter remedies can I take----> cold pills, nasal and sinus spray/pills, etc. Feeling pretty lousy-----Thanks! Marianne

are you taking your daily pills whole or broken into chunks still? Avoid anything long acting... you may pass it without it being broken down and will make your potty look like confetti!!! Stick with tylenol sinus stuff or liquids like Dayquil. Avoid the alka seltzer plus due to the bubbles. Thera Flu might be a good choice. Check with your doc and see what they say. Hope you feel better!!!

Remeber - no decongestants if you have any trouble with blood pressure - watch that!!! I hope you found some relief!!!!! GERMS BE GONE!!!
