1)starting height, weight and size: 5'9"/314/ 26/28
2)current weight and size, total lost: 211/ size 16 jeans & 14/16 tops/-103lbs.
3)favorite foods of the week: popcorn, that may be bad, but i crave it for the time being
4)wls concerns of the week: no big concerns
5)any WOW moments you'd like to share: when i went to the doctor last week and she said my bloodwork was PERFECT...also when we went through the list of problems that i had before surgery compared to now, and i don't have any of them...i was like WOW!!!!
6)do you have a goal weight, if so, how much left to lose? : the doctor told me that her goal for me is at least 170, she thinks i should maybe lose a little more, but she would be satisfied with me at 170, so that means i have 41 more pounds to lose.

240 and wearing a 22...JEANS even!! No elastic!

I always love cheese and Almonds. I heard Almonds are suppose to be good for your complexion too...here's hoping! lol

Same old thing...I've been at 240 since Christmas time, can't seem to get out of this rutt!

Oh, I have been teased for so long for holding on to old clothes. I can now say that I can fit back in to MOST of them, even old Jeans, I love it!
6)do you have a goal weight, if so, how much left to lose?
My goal has been to get to 150! That would be exactly half of what I started at! I know the 'range' for my height is 133-151...so I'd still be w/in 'range'! LOL I guess that's 90 lbs left to go!

I wore a skirt to church for the first time in forever. I got LOTS of compliments!!!

I would like to weigh 135, so I have 75 to go. I am half-way in less than 5 months! Woooooohoooooo

Crossed my legs, shopped at Old Navy, Wore a cute skirt for the first time in several years, just feel like I don't take up so much space

Goal weight is 160, so 112lb left to lose...I'm about 1/2 way there

5. Everytime I put on clothes or see myself in the mirror, I have to stop and stare sometimes...
6. Per me or the doc? Per doc, I am 30 lbs away, per me 35...
