I have finnally broken my standstill. I have lost 2 more pounds. I have now lost 61lbs. I have been so scared because I have stayed the same weight for nearly 5 weeks. I like seeing what all of you are doing as I feel that we have so mu*****ommon. I have been reading that many of you seem to have been having a little stall at this time ( about 4 months from surgery). Still, I was convinced that I would be the only one who did not start to lose again. I guess I have a hard time believing how wonderful this WLS tool is. I found some very old clothes in my attic and I had so much fun trying them on. Most of the clothes are badly out of style, but so much fun to try on. I'm glad that I never throw anything out!! I remember that I felt very fat when I wore them before. Now I feel so "thin" getting them on. What a difference in my thinking! I am so glad I had this surgery and wish I had done it 20 years sooner. Well, now I am just so very happy and grateful for my new chance at life. Thanks for being here and inspiring me. You are such nice people. Susan (250)(247.5)(186)

Congrats!!! I too sometimes wonder about the things going on with me since this surgery and seems everytime I am not sure about something..someone on this board is going thru exactly what I am. I get so much advice and encouragement from my Sept. support group here. Keep up your good work, you are doing terrific! Doreen

Dear Doreen. How nice to hear your reply and see that you are from Ohio. Are you anywhere near Canton, Ohio? I was born there and lived in North Canton until I was 5. The name of your city sounds so familiar. I love Ohio. Susan

Hi, I guess I would not want the inconvienience of "old" snow, just the pretty new snow. We always visited Ohio in the early summer, so I have a one sided view, not really bad weather. You must really be cold since your surgery. I know how cold I am and it only goes down to 32 a night. Our days have been around 60 to 65. Bye, Susan
