Hi all,
I wanted to let you know I'm here. I had RNY Sept 9 and I'm hoping to be 60 plus Pounds less in 5 months. 243-186. I can wear an 18 easily and almost a 16. This is amaging to me as it has been year since I've been able to do this. I'm really trying to get to the work out 3 times a week but I haven"t consistantly made this goal. Hugs to all Dolores
Congratulations!! I'm about 61 lbs down myself...seems we're both doing pretty good!!! At least you're outta the 200,right?? Keep up the good work. Exercise is really important. I'm busting by chops to in the exercise dept. but at the same time taking it slowly (fat burning) so that I can see results. If ya work to hard and you're not eating enough you're body will stall. I was able to fit in a 12-14 shirt (it was stretchy). I haven't tried anything else cause I don't want to buy new clothes just yet but it's nice to see the old clothes very loose now. Yeea whoooo
Hello and WTG... Sounds like your doing great. I havne't been at my weight in like 12-13 years so a lot has definently changed for use and for the better. Working out isn't always easy but making an effort is all that counts. Even if your standing in line at the grocery store and doing ab exercises or at a gym doing cardio. With all this snow we keep getting I haven't been able to get to the gym. I borrowed a work out tape from my sister and have done that as well as shoveled tons and tons of snow today. We are in the midst of a blizzard and since they predict another 12 inches before it ends tonight I wanted to remove the 6 feet from our walkway. It wasn't bad and aside from the frozen toes I did great.
