Finally under 200

I can't believe when I weighed today that I am under 200. I weighed at 198. I have not seen that weight in a long time. Lisa 279/198/150

Congratulations and Way To Go!!! I can hardly wait till I can say I'm out of the 200s too, I started a little higher than you at 303+ and in my first 4 months have lost 80 pounds. More to go before I am out of 200s but overall feeling good and definitely worth it!! Karen Thompson Washington state

WOW--The word ONEderland is so cool! I never realized that when I reached 190 from 265 that this was a word I can now be PROUD to say and refer myself to! You are never too old to learn something new! Hugs Marianne
