Hi Everyone! I just tried the Krusteaz CarbSimple Chocolaty Chip Muffin Mix and my whole family loved them. The mix makes 9 muffins and each muffin has 170 calories, 6g fat, 8g net carbs, and 7g of protein. I was a bit sceptical about them, but the chips actually tasted very chocolaty and the muffin portion was light with the perfect sweetness and no bad artificial sweetener after taste. Has anyone tried any of the other Krusteaz CarbSimple mixes? I'm very curious about the brownie mix. Have a great day! Julia

Thanks Amanda! I'm going to have to try those next. Someone on the main board was telling me that the cornbread is really good, especially with a 1/2 cup of applesauce mixed in. She also says the brownies are to die for and has made them several different ways. She added sf chocolate chips, sf marshmellows and a graham cracker crust, and with a peanut butter swirl. I also heard that tooter dame has a cinnamon roll recipe on her web site made with the CarbSimple bread mix. Can't wait to try them! Julia

I haven't tried the Krusteaz products yet but have tried the Carbsense ones and really like them. Have only tried the choc cake, apple muffins and baking mix but love the way I can adapt to different recipes. Does Krusteaz have a website? Doreen

I had the pancake mix prior to surgery when I was low carbin'... I recall it was pretty good, but the diet syrup was so I didn't make it again. ~Sue

Hi Sue! I'll have to try the pancake mix, although I don't remember seeing it at the grocery store where I bought the other mix, I look for it next time. I have been a diabetic for years and it took me awhile to find a sf syrup that I liked. My favorite brand is Cary's because it's thick and has no after taste. Most brands are watery and taste funky. Thanks! Julia

I have tried them. I loved the taste and texture but my pouch had other ideas... . I think I'll wait a long while before trying them again!
