Surgeon's Office UGH!!!!!!!!

At the end of December I went to see my surgeon for my 3 month (a little late) check up. So anyway, while I was there I told the guy who I saw about the pains I have in my sides. Nothing big, they don't make me hang over in pain but when I get them they are annoying. So he told me it was just part of the surgery and it would go away. Ok I thought, that's fine your the Doctor well PA so I believe that. Then he said my B's came back and were fine. Well he sends me for the EGD to see if I had a stricture, everything comes out fine. The next monday or tuesday not sure which I get a call from him (Jeramie) and he told me my B6 was slow coming and it turns out was low so I needed a B6 supplement, he also says that he wants me to go for an U/S cause he was thinking about the pains I told him I was having and he wanted to rule out gal bladder issues. Mine was left in during my surgery. So I waited the first week, no calls. I waited last week, called 2 times they told me to call him back. So I called again this week, Tuesday and they said call back on Thursday when Jeramie is in. So I forget most of the day and then get the pain and reminded myself to call him. So I call and get the witch behind the desk. She was great until after I had my surgery. She says why'd you wait so long in the say to call and I said because I forgot. I call all the time and no one can help me. So she say's she will talk to him and call me back. Not even 3 minutes later she calls me back and asks me why I need it, she isn't going to bother him cause there is no paper work on it. Why do I need it blah blah blah. And I said "Look mame, he called me out of the blue a week after I went to see him. He told me I needed this U/S, He said you all would make the appointment and get back to me, and I had nothing to do with the darn thing." So she was like Oh, well you still shouldn't have called so late, let me talk to him and I will get back to you. I was like, what ever and hung up. I get home last night and have this message telling me that I in fact was suppose to have had it and she would call and get back to me today. No kidding I was, I tried telling her that. She made me feel like a hypercondriact or something. It wasn't even the one who asked for the darn thing. So needless to say she never called back. Monday is a Holiday so who the heck knows when I will get called back. As far as Jeramie was concerned I already went. They better hope nothing is wrong with me cause I am tired of screw up's. These pains are coming more and more and I am just getting tired of all the run around and no one doing crap. Not to mention that my surgeon has 6 women working in that office. How can they not get it right???? That's all.... Shannon

I would change surgeon (cause not even his office staff seems to care) OR I'd go right into the office. They won't put me off if I show up in person and don't leave til I see the doc!!!

Hey Shannon, I wouldnt put up with that, maybe you should consider changing docs? Gastric bypass after care is nothing to fool around with, if your having pain you need answers immediatly, you shouldnt have to fight for an answer. Just my opinion. By the way, are you going to dinner tomorrow night?? With love, Em
