4 month update
I had Gastric Bypass Surgery done on September 13 and Tuesday was my 4 month appointment. I have lost a total of 80.2 pounds. 
It is finally to a point that I can actually see if on myself. I have been able to tell in my clothing (down from 26 to 18 in pants, down from 3X to 1X in shirts, down 2 bra sizes and underwear sizes) but never in the mirror. I feel awesome. My DH says that my attitude and self esteem has gotten alot better. He is so proud of me that he is telling everyone about how well I have done. Just wish he would tell me sometimes. (I have to hear is from everyone else he tells). Oh well!!!!

Mine was done Sept 1st, I have lost a total of 82 lbs (was 330 pre-surgery). I feel the same way, all my clothes are too big, but I don't look any different to myself in the mirror. I think I could be loosing more....my problem is that I can still eat anything, just in very small amounts. Befor my surgery I had a piece of chocolate maybe once a month, now I have to have a little piece every couple days....
