Diet Green Tea from Snapple and Arizona 14. not for taste, but for protein: our Protein Shakes in chocolate and strawberry I drink my protein, then I don't worry so much about eating my protein. 15. .. oh and did I mention.. FISH? See, we aren't suppose to be doing "carbs", like bread, pasta, and tortillas.. but I check all the carbohydrate levels to make sure we are below our 40 for the day. Besides, we don't drink milk or have yogert. It's a good thing the protein shakes have calcium... Well, later.

Great Idea! Its awesome seeing what everyone else eats, especially since I run out of ideas!! Okay so I go through cycles. I will live off of a few staples for a few weeks then I move on to new things. Here is a list of some constants.. 1) Skim milk 2) Peanut butter 3) Cheese!! ( laughing cow, jarlsburg light, land o lakes american sliced thin, colby jack, sharp cheddar) 4) Whole wheat english muffins (about 1/4 at a time) 5) Pintos and cheese!! 6) Cottage cheese 7) Carnation Instant Breakfast 8) Acheive one lattes 9) Salads with basamic or greek dressing 10) Filet of beef, chicken 11) Soup! I love chicken escarole, chili, veggie etc. I wish I could eat more tuna and egg but I have problems with them. I love tuna so its a real shame. Thank goodness I didnt become lactose intolerant post op cause I live on cheese!! With love, Em

No Bake Cookie Reciept 1/2 cup milk 1 stick of butter 1 cup splenda 3 tbs of coco powder Put this in a heavy pot and bring to a boil then boil it for 3 minutes now add: 1/2 peanut butter 1 tsp of vanilla 3 cups of oats ( the quick kind) Have wax paper already set out on the counter. Drop by spoon full onto wax paper and let them set until they harden. Sometimes mine are still a little soft so I keep them in the frig. This makes about 16 cookies. Sonya

Hi Sonya, These sound YUMMY! You may want to post it under a new thread so everyone gets to see it and it doesn't get lost here. Thanks so much for posting this. It sounds like a good recipe, I may even try to incorporate some protein powder and have one before my workouts ~Sue

Well, I'm having a hard time figuring out what to eat of course that's why I always ate to much of the wrong foods but I've sworn never to go back to breads, pastas and red meats. My meals consists of: B - HB egg, cup of Cheerios, now trying low fat sausage links and patties and low fat eggo waffles L - Breast of chicken with bottom bun (at McD's, Ckik Filet, etc) Chicken salad (lots, with a tablespoon of mayo and some onions) Albacore tuna salad " " " Fish (Gorton's Butter Gardlic Salmon or white fish) Excellent!! D - usually the same but I'm not bored with that yet. Drink: Lots of water, Carb control from Hood, 1% milk ..was drinking sips of soda til I found the damage it does to you, so I have stopped.
