Hi Christina! I got it at Fred Meyer. I was there the other day and they were still carrying it. It's so yummy! Julia

I forgot to mention that dame tooter from the main board has a recipe for eggnog on her web site. I haven't tried it yet, but I figure I might if I run out. Let me know if you try it first. Julia

Homemade ham salad 4. Hood Low Carb yogurt 5. Crystal light--even take the new small packets to put in bottled water that I buy when I am at "curves". 6. Peanut butter 10.Sugar free popsicles, I love them too. Thanks for the fun post, Susan

Let's see, what am I eating? 1) low sugar oatmeal, very yummy 2) I get a burrito from Taco Bell, take out the insides and throw out the flat bread. The whole this is 340 calories so I figure I kick out the flat bread and save a little over 100 calories or more. 3)Baked potato with fat free sour cream, the sour cream makes ti much easier to eat and makes it go down. 4)Eggs with cheese 5)Soup 6)Pinto's and cheese 7)Thinly sliced steak maybe 3 slices if I am lucky 8)Baked Beans, 2 teaspoons before I get full 9)small chili from Wendy's, usually half That's about all I can think of right now. I so need to find more things to eat. Shannon

Good idea!!!! I was just browsing through my FitDay printouts (every day after I finished entering everything, I print a hard copy out to take with me to the dietician) - and there are many things that I would call my 'staples' - here's some: 1.) Splenda 2.) Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with skim milk (by itself it's too thick for me) 3.) Tuna salad on 1/2 a toasted english muffin 4.) Mini pizza made on Triscuts heated in toaster oven 5.) Boca Burgers 6.) Turkey bacon and sausage links 7.) Power Crunch Bars 8.) Unjury Protein powder 9.) Cauliflower cooked very well, mashed with cheese, onion and bacon 10.) Celestial Seasonings Blueberry Hot Tea Katie RNY 9/21/04 -70 lbs
