Poll of the week!
Dear Sue,
Great topic.
My favorite foods are:
1. Light cream cheese on cucumber slices or on Pringles Fat Free chips.
2. Kraft slices either alone or melted in Swanson's Chicken broth.
3. Homemade ham salad
4. Hood Low Carb yogurt
5. Crystal light--even take the new small packets to put in bottled
water that I buy when I am at "curves".
6. Chai tea that I brew and add equal or splenda and nonfat 1/2 & 1/2
7. Homemade soups
8. Sugar free jelly bellies and other sugar free goodies.
9. Peanut butter
10.Sugar free popsicles, I love them too.
Thanks for the fun post, Susan
Let's see, what am I eating?
1) low sugar oatmeal, very yummy
2) I get a burrito from Taco Bell, take out the insides and throw out the flat bread. The whole this is 340 calories so I figure I kick out the flat bread and save a little over 100 calories or more.
3)Baked potato with fat free sour cream, the sour cream makes ti much easier to eat and makes it go down.
4)Eggs with cheese
5)Soup
6)Pinto's and cheese
7)Thinly sliced steak maybe 3 slices if I am lucky
8)Baked Beans, 2 teaspoons before I get full
9)small chili from Wendy's, usually half
That's about all I can think of right now. I so need to find more things to eat.
Shannon
