Michelle, I start driking when I get up, I have a glass of tea--10 oz(which has water), and I drink for a half hour. Then I get to eat after another half hour, and about a 1/2 hour after I eat, I start drinking again. Whethter it is straigh****er or crystal light, doesn't matter...I drink for about hour(I get in about 20 oz.) Then wait a 1/2 hour and then eat a snack(usually an orange, so I get a fruit in). Then wait a 1/2 hour the drink another 20 oz. Then I wait a 1/2 hour and have lunch. After lunch(and a 1/2 hour) I drink another 20 oz. after about a hour I have a snack, usually a banana. Then about a half hour later I drink a cup of decaf tea, which is 10 oz, cause I have a big mug. after that I wait about 45 min and then have dinner(I can eat about a cup of food). After dinner I wait about 45 min and then drink a 20 oz bottle of water. Sometimes more..but I don't eat the rest of the night so I tend to sip on water for the rest of the night....usually getting in another 20-30 oz. So all in all I get anywhere from 100 oz to 110 oz a day. I have gone with ou****er sometimes..if I am out somewhere and forget it...but I always wind up paying for that...I get constipated....and that sucks...so I am very religious about my liquids now. Good luck, Hope I helped. April

Well I go to the gym early in the morning so I always take a 24oz sport bottle filled with yummy poland springs water which I drink during my workout. Then I come home and take my vitamins. I drink about half of another 24 oz bottle. Then after I eat lunch I have the other half. I usually get a decaf tea every night which is 32oz's. Then I open another water and drink half or even the whole thing while I sit at my computer. Then I go to sleep, get up and repeat. Shannon P.S. It also happens that I love water more then anything in this world so it really is easy for me to drink it and I never get tired of the taste. I sometimes drink Fruit 2o but we run out of that fast and I didn't want to get use to the flavored and not the plain and then run out and not want to drink regular water.

My doctor said I only need 32 oz a day. I guess every doctor is different. I have enough trouble with that. Sorry I can't help. Margaret

Well, I'm a water lover, so I'm thankful I haven't lost that. I wake up in the morning, have a cup of tea. 35 minutes later, I drink my shake. Then I have a one-egg omelet with cheese. After about 30-40 minutes, I drink a 16.9oz bottle of water. And then I do the whole thing again for lunch then dinner, having the last bottle before my last shake of the evening. On those times when I'm craving sweets, I'll make Crystal lite and drink that instead. Grace 9/20/04 360/296/140

I always have a water bottle with me. Sometimes I take a frozen one with me and sip it as it is thawing out.

My doctor recommended to eat 3 meals a day, 5 oz. And drink water or liquids half hour or 1 hr in between. I have a bottle of water available which is only 8 oz....if you have that 3 times you'll get plenty of water in between. I'm sure you can take a bottle of water any where! Hopes this works.
