OK, just a fun topic ...
Question: Have you become a food natzi?
I must admit, I have. My family tells me all the time. I have become so wanting everyone in my family to be healthy and thin with me, I have changed (or tried to change) everyone else's eating habits. I'm not really bad - by no means do I expect them to eat as little as me -- but, when they eat more than I think they should, I tell them!
I think they think I need ... just curious if I'm the only one.
Love ya all,

actully my hubby is like my trash can... i fill his plate even higher now bc i cant eat as much... i feel bad if i throw food away.... but i have always expected him to throw food away...unless its sweets or what not... so i just give him more... and it seems the more i give him the more he loses man i want his metabolism....lol
Yup I'm guilty....Let's see I haven't bought regular Koolaid since before surgery. I've only bought white sugar once since surgery. I talk to my children about healthy portions and eating more of a variety of fruits and vegetables. My husband has actually started eating much healthier since my WLS.
My children go out and buy GOODIES when they want them because I very rarely bring those them into the home. Yeah!!! I'm guilty as charged.

Yes, sounds like me lol. I am just trying to cook healthier and I must say that no one notices the changes in the recipies unless I tell them so hey--I don't tell!! And I did not do all the junk stuff at Christmas and no one really missed it at all!! So maybe the health of our whole families will improve through this WLS. Can't hurt---------

I don't really consider myself one, but my mom (whom I live with) has lost 32 lbs. since my surgery. She is not cooking for the two of us anymore, and she is just eating Lean Cuisine type meals! She needed to lose the weight, so she is doing this for herself, I just made it easier for her since she doesn't have to cook for us anymore. She doesn't miss sweets, as she is diabetic and can't eat them anyway!!
