105 lbs gone forever!!
I am so surprised that I made it finally! This has been a very bad month for me with stalling. I only lost 10 lbs this whole month where I was averaging around 30 a month before that. But I am glad to say that I hit the 100 lbs mark and have never felt better. I am at 369 now and still have a long way to go but I am 2 sizes smaller in my tops and a size and half smaller in pants. (lymphedema will always be a problem) My major goal is 200lbs. I can be very happy at that weight for the rest of my life. Congrats to all of you who are losing and doing well. Happy New Year and God Bless!

Hi Doreen! It is so nice to hear from someone who started out in the same vicinity of weight as I did. I am so happy for you with your loss, mine has been a little slower, 62 since surgery 9/21/04 and 92 since I started the process. Please, keep updating on your progress either here, or feel free to email me. Your journey being similar to my own gives me some inspiration. Congratulations on your great loss so far!

Hi Marie
We are surgery twins--9/21 for me too! Don't think that your weight loss is SLOW because by no means is it anything to laugh at. Just think, would you have lost 62 lbs in three months without the WLS? I know I wouldn't. We are in the same weight loss range--I have lost 65 lbs and just hit another stop. I know I wish I could lose alot more alot faster but I decided I will take whatever weight loss my body decides to give me--I will just keep walking, drinking water, protein, vitamins etc. Keep up the great work! You have worked hard this past year to get where you are now---Feel free to e-mail me if you want to keep in touch!
Happy New Year!
Hugs

to have a century card personally made for you, you will have needed to lose at least 100+ pounds. If so, email [email protected] and just request that one be created for you. Also, please include your sign in information (first name, last name, & password).
