Usin a supplement to help ur tool....
I dunno, Manda...our bodies are going through such drastic changes as it is. Look at your tremendous weight loss!! So many of those supplements do things to jazz up your metabolism--by increasing your heart rate and therfore your blood pressure, too. Personally, my poor heart took a "beating" from all my years of being morbidly obese and deserves a break!
Years ago, when I went to Weigh****chers, the leader told me for every 10lbs your are above your goal weight, drink another 8 oz. of water per day...granted, I couldn't drink THAT much water, but drinking as much water as possible DOES make a difference in the weight loss speed. Water, protein and excercise (hisssssss on the excercise..still haven't gotten good about that one!!!) is the way to go for now. Remember, our innards are still adjusting to being freshly altered!
