Well I am going to do something I am not usually good at doing. I am going to brag on myself....lol I am currently a little over 3 months post op now and have lost 76 lbs. I am down below 200 #'s for the first time in 12 years. I can't believe the difference this has made in my life. This has been the BEST CHRISTMAS EVER. My focus is not on the meal, but rather being with family and enjoying the spirit of holiday. Dennis
